Like I remember what I’ve done/eaten the last 3 days… Here is what I do know: Thursday, Day 9 – I followed everything perfect Friday, Day 10 – Was good food wise, but I had some/a lot of wine. Saturday, Day 11 – Killing the game. AND I worked out.
